At WUKA, we want you to feel confident in your period wear, which is why we offer a 40-day satisfaction guarantee on your first pair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that any hygiene seals remain intact for non-trial products.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
